In brief: I am the founder of a start-up internet business, QUALITYPOINT.COM.AU, an Australian based quality assurance service which specializes in offering, businesses having food service processes, operational excellence and cost savings through our online products and services. I have a keen interest in Quality Management Systems, food industry training & education, knowledge management and e-commerce.
I graduated from the Victorian University of Technology (VUT) with a Diploma of Quality & Management and I am trained in HACCP, web design and much, much more….
Upon discovering Quality Assurance in 1995, I embraced it and went to work as a consultant to various businesses which included working on associated projects such as – Food Safety Programs, Aged Care Accreditation – Management Auditing and others. Formerly, I was a small business management consultant and a qualified Workplace Trainer & Assessor with a colourful background and hands on experience in various fields beyond the scope of this blog.
